It's possible that you have tweaked your neck out of alignment, or maybe some jaw issues (TMJ). Not saying this is the case, but my policy with any new unexplained pain is to see my chiropractor first, then see if it needs treatment by somebody else.

I've fixed many a problem I could not otherwise explain by chiro and massage.
