Bennett, Johnson's Lee and around Bee Rock. Unfortunately, these locations are out of reach for most of the single day commercial dive boats. Actually, Rocky Point had a pretty fair looking kelp growth as of a couple of weeks ago; maybe try one of the dive boats out of Redondo. Stay wet.
