By law you should be able to opt out of their email marketing campaign.
At the company I work for I am the Admin for our email marketing.

There are VERY specific rules governing this.
They have an opt out feature at their web site.

We use a "Double opt in" you have to confirm that you want the emails before you are added to the list.

Legit companys make the opt out very easy. There is no marketing advantage to sending emails to people who don't want it.
