I cancelled (at the beach after observing conditions) our night dive Wednesday night. Some groups were going in and having mixed results. Some made it, some got hammered. 2-3' with an occasional 4, big curl to the shape, and breaking in a straight line (so there's little room to escape if you screw up).

I got an e-mail from one guy who dove Wednesday congratulating us on our decision as he said he got hammered, vis was 5-8', and he lost his mask and snorkel.

I've also already cancelled our Saturday morning beach/nav class. Surf looks like it's going down a bit, but may still be too high.

Might be better Sunday but . . . who knows? (Or you could come dive the Cee Ray with us instead.)
