After looking at the Sarcastic Fringehead in the turban shell I noticed what a great artificial reef the shell really is. There are a lot of barnacles, anemones, algae, sponges, brittle stars, bryozoan and a Facelina stearnsi nudibranch. I wish I had taken a picture from the other side.
