Posted by Nick on November 12, 2006 at 19:32:19: I've noticed most lobsters have white meat and a few have pink meat. Is there a reason for that? I know in freshwater trout, the trout that eat freshwater shrimp have pink meat, so I'm wondering if it's diet related. I'd appreciate your insights. Thanks,
