Pictures from this morning's dives - Sunday, Nov 26 |
Posted by jlyle on November 26, 2006 at 15:42:57: On Sunday, my boat buddies and I took the Popeye Maru to the wreck of the Avalon, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. Conditions were pretty good, with visibility about 25 feet and water temperature of sixty degrees. I am continuing to learn about my new camera (Olympus E-330). As Chris Menjou says, "shoot until your finger bleeds." Well, my finger isn't bleeding, but I did manage to take lots of pictures. Here are a few of the better ones: This is Berthella Californica – a seaslug. Gopher rockfish Painted greenling Ling cod Secret spot! Mermaid's purse – the egg case of a swellshark Spotted scropionfish Juvenile treefish
