Have them check if they gave it by mistake to someone who came in for a fill; hopefully they will have a tank on hand they can't account for. The good news is that the hydro service should have a complete record including manufacturer, serial number, etc.; that can help with locating / identifying it.

If they can't find it, I'd ask for a steel "upgrade".
