They are the ones doing all the hydros for all the dive shops anyway. We get a hydro and a fill with VIP sticker for $30 and they do a great job. A few of my steels needed internal cleaning and rust removal so they shot blasted them and they came out spotless. I'll bet if you looked in the phone book under fire equipment you might find a similar place around your neck of the woods.
