I've had the unique opportunity to meet and chat with Norbert and Irene (as you may also do) who explained that after 59' (until Incorp in 61?) it seemed SC would be dead in the water if it wasn't for SCUBA and SURF sales between the ski seasons. The Meistrells (Body Glove Corp.) also saw the Dive and Surf opportunity. My good fried Dick Mobley as well opened a Ski/Surf shop, but never jumped on the Scuba Wagon.
