Adds too much liability exposure (and inevitably increases the insurance rates). Will probably create a tech niche market, though.

Its unfortunate in that RB's (or other tech diving) is done without incident in most cases. But why put a target on your boat without getting a premium charter rate?

Remember this when you go on jury duty for a civil trial next time and be less generous...
