I'm having problems trying to transfer dive info from Alladin Prime dive computer to laptop using Smart Track software and irda-usb transfer device. This used to work easily, but I broke the first irda, then have tried 3 new ones with no luck. No change to laptop and made sure old drivers were un-installed. Latest irda device is actually Uwatec device they recommend, but still no luck. Anybody have ideas about this?
