Thanks for the advice. I'll ask at the dive shop to see if other customers are having better luck. I might ask an computer wizard at work too - maybe a laptop setup issue. I hate to waste time with computer issues, I'd rather be just enjoying the dives and sharing phots, but I'm still at a level where studying my dives profiles and keeping records can be helpful. Thanks again to you and Max for replying.
