Check with Compressed Air Specialties in Anaheim on Simpson Ave/Rd. They sell new compressors and occasionally have used ones. You really need at least 4 CFM rated compressor - anything less will take for ever to fill tanks and the gas engine (even a Honda) is loud.

An electric might be viable if you have an onboard generator. They are quiter and you don't have the CO2 concerns (except the generator fumes).
