If you want to go dive in the Bering Sea, c'mon up. Not a lot of diving goes on up there so you could be trend setter. by the way, the area in question was previously leased, several local communities have asked the area be opened for leasing, as has the Alaska Congressional delegation, which remove their moratorium in the area a few year's back. Let's not confuse the issue with facts.
