     On December 3, 2006 I was at Santa Rosa Island, California on the second day of a two day trip with the Sea Divers aboard the Peace. I decided to take a break from lobster hunting and take some pictures.
     On one dive I spotted some Cobalt Sponge (Hymenamphiastra cyanocrypta) on a rock and headed for it because it looks so good in pictures. When I got to the rock I spotted a Snubnose Sculpin (Orthonopias triacis) on the Cobalt Sponge. I took a picture of it and then it moved. As I started to look for it I noticed that the rock seemed to be covered with sculpins, so I stayed there the whole dive and took pictures of the little fish.
     The equipment used was an Olympus 5060 in a PT-027 housing, dual INON D-2000 strobes with my custom coffee can lid diffusers, and various combinations of INON macro lenses.
