Well, I dive the far North Coast and I've been out in 9-11 foot swells. We've found places to anchor and dive but you have to have a strong stomach. Why would we go out in those conditions you ask, well because we drive from inland out a long way to the sea and we don't always accurately know what the conditions are going to be. To get out there we have drive through valleys, canyons, over ridges, and through redwood forests for 2 plus hours so when we finally get there we make the best of it. |
