Just missed great conditions today

I pulled into Marineland late today. All the regulars were there excited about the 35-50 feet of vis. Jeff and I made it in at the Point just as the flat sea left and a few small waves came in. We made it through unscathed but missed out on the great vis. We had 12-15 feet on the main reef and a little better in spots along the way back to the cove. We stayed too shallow and missed the statue. We'll try harder tomorrow morning.
