I replaced my lens once (the originals had a structural issue) and the new lens was really foggy. I asked about it, and it turns out that the mask needs to age a bit, when new, they fog badly. It's not a mold release issue, like a glass mask, it's not a cleaning issue. it's just aging.

Use seagold antifog, it's thicker. Best of all, use spit antifog, link below. It's very thick. It lasts all day. Baby shampoo won't last a dive.
