For most of the rest of us, that is as good as it gets. I have no clue why car thieves are so friggin hard to catch. It makes no sense. Where I work, they scratch their heads, make a really crummy report, and pretend like they are doing their jobs. Cars get stolen there every day. What is wrong with this picture? (Probably, their nephew). Everybody hates the security, nobody does anything about it - not even the Fontana Police. Worst I've ever seen.
