I'm not sure about the freeware, but it sounds like Get Photos is what you select to upload the images for processing them. After processing, you probably close the image and it will save the photo. Anyone else know for sure? If not, there are likely a couple other image programs on your computer. Your camera should have come with one as well. How did you save the ones on your Photoshop page?
