I have a hookah that I have always used in the sea of cortez. I'm going to be out in Santa Barbara in a week or two and My friend out there has a boat. Im wondering if it would be calm enough to use the hookah off of Anacapa Island, Santa Rosa Island, or Santa Cruz Island. the hookah is a browines third lung
