Lets see
Cost of maintaining the BBS that he put his "missing reel" post on.
Cost of John's trip the following weekend to the Star of Scotland - lets see - John did locate Frank's reel. Not including the cost of all of John's dive equipment that he used when he located the reel.
Cost of phone calls to track down someone who could return the reel to Frank.
Cost of gas and time to get the reel back to him.

Nobody dropped the reel but Frank and a lot of people chipped in to help him get it back.

This time he is being a whiner. Oh, maybe someone out there would like to buy Frank a new Halcion BC inflator valve? You know, we all owe it to Frank.
