Yes, and her report was entirely accurate. I over-reacted to the damage caused by my tank coming loose from the bungee; damage that was entirely my fault. The buck/bungee stops with me. An irony of the event is my absolute code of self-reliance; a code I violated. I hope this exchange of posts will reinforce the fact that responsibility for securing gear is the owner of the gear.
