Cops and Court TV send out teams with the cops.
If you watch Cops (Sat 8 p.m. on Fox, and my usual brain-dead
after-dive entertainment), it's generally two-camera, often more
if the perp is "interesting" and it goes on long enough for another
crew to get there.
