Jon asked: "$150 . . . Does this sound about right?"

Depends. How are they breaking that down? How much for labor and how much for parts? Are you in a hurry and, if so, is there a rush charge included?

Although we're not yet back up and running for repairs, we would charge (for a one-week turnaround) $40 labor 1st/2nd stages, $25 or so for standard replacement parts (assuming nothing is damaged inside beyond what a standard service would cover), $25 labor on the AIR2, and about $25 in parts. So we'd come in at around $115 (plus tax).

But again, that's assuming you're not replacing the mouthpiece(s) as well, don't need it more quickly than normal, and there's nothing else wrong.

Where are you geting this serviced and how do they break down the costs?
