In my numbers, I had forgotten to add in the 2nd stage parts kit so ours would also go up $15 ($130 total). I'd also forgotten to add in CristoLube. While $15 may sound high, the stuff is REALLY expensive. So that would bring us to about $145. I do wonder what the extra o-rings are in the 1st and 2nd stage ($9 total). Usually in a serevice we replace all o-rings in both stages and they (o-rings) all come with the parts kit. The only issue I'd have is wy it's going to take 10-14 days. I can't imagine they're that swamped with repairs this time of the year. Do they do these in-house with their own repair tech or do they send them out? (We do/did ours in-house.) There's nothing wrong with using an outside guy, but that's something you should know about. Ken Kurtis |
