The o-rings may be for the hose which is not included in most service kits. However the charge for the o-ring is outrageous. The cost in bulk for a standard buna o-ring is a fraction of a cent. The wholesale cost for a viton o-ring is about 5 cents. That charge is ridiculous. Most good shops include standard o-ring changes as part of the service fee.
The charge for the Christolube is way out-of line as well. The most expensive 2 oz syringe of Christolube is $29. One 2 oz syringe will do at least 60 regulators (and many more if used wisely) putting the cost for the lube at about 50 cents. A charge which should also be included in the service fee.
