Personally I find a single high-pressure steel 100 to be my tank of choice for all diving, beach or boat. I have some friends who like a high-pressure steel 120 for boat diving, which is pretty much the same as a low-pressure 95. With most boats filling to around 3000, that gives you enough air for a decent dive. However, I find the 120 on the big side for my tastes.
