I can't blame you in feeling tha this guy is really shady, especially if he did complete a commercial diving course. But I have to agree with Chuck in that you'd be much better served by taking the high road and just sticking to the facts. Also, your bringing it up in a venue like this helps those who are somewhat less informed, like myself, who may only see what seems to be a good deal. I've been diving for about 10 years and am pretty knowledgeable about some things (I also noticed he left out the manufacture dates) but the alloy problem is something I'm sure I would have missed if I wasn't a regular visitor here. This Craigslist story is a reminder of the old addage, "buyer beware."
