Are you sure they offer the towing itself or just coverage for towing. I once looked at them and they offered payment of towing charges but NOT on the water towing themselves, e.g. they don't have boats to two you with. Big difference. Thus I went with Boat US years ago. Check your policy carefully. The rest of the nightmare sounds like the famous "Monty Python Insurance Skit".
