Ken, you are missing the fact that the gas gets cold, VERY COLD, as the
pressure drops. With a slow fill, the cold gas will get warmed
up as it goes through the lines, and as the first gas sits in the
tank as the tank fills. But with this 30 second fill, there' isn't
time for that to happen.

Don't get me wrong: A fill this fast is probably bad for the tank.
You won't catch me getting fills from a shop that fills that fast.
