There is nothing I know of that will work reliably to fix a tear in silicon rubber.
To stop a tear from propagating you need to increase the radius of curvature at the stress point. The tool I would use is a leather hole punch. You could then try gluing another piece of silicone rubber on top with rubber cement. However I personally would not rely on it to work. Remember your life may depend on this working.

Your only logical and safe choice is to replace the mask with a new one.
