The first year we did the tiles (2005), we had tremendous problems getting everything done the way we wanted to and needed to. (And needless to say, there aren't many people who do this kind of work.) Karl swore, "Never again." I convinced him this was all just first-year start-up problems and convinced him to do it again.

The second year (2006), we had essentially the same problems and we delivered the final sets waaaay later than we wanted to. This time I agreed, "Never again." Great idea but not great execution.

However, we really think we've got a great thing going this year with the book. (Click the link below.) It's going to be a lot of fun, a great way for local photogs to get published, a great keepsake for those of you who buy it, and a great way to raise more money for our Chamber. It's win/win all the way around. (And we're hellbent and determined to get the thing done and made available for pickup and sale by the beginning of the Scuba Show June 1.)
