Your right Chuck....although knowing the CFR well I shouldn't have taken " It would just be easier to say " attatude. I have to commend those of you who post on this board that do you research..In this case CFR's. I shouldn't have under eastimared you guys. I do however feel that taking scuba divers out on your boat and something happens the latter and ammended part of the CFR may not apply.
