I know that Kawika was a dear friend of yours and many other people in your dive circle. I know that area up on the cape is no mans land. Many commercial fishermen I know have told me some very spooky stories about that area.
I friend of mine that lived up in Petrolia said I was absolutely crazy when I told him I was fantasizing about diving off the cape.
There is a spot there where a pinnacle right off shore is 6 feet underwater and a few feet away it drops to 228 feet. The current whistles by.

I'm so sorry for your loss and if there's anything I can do to help you out just let me know.

Eric
