I've made about four dives there off my boat. It's a real crap shoot but when it's good it's downright excellent. Lots of fish to see and a surprisingly extensive reef. The bottom is a rock outcropping surrounded by smaller boulders out in the middle of a sand patch. Just be careful around the sealions. the females aren't a problem but sometimes you come across a male who isn't too happy about you being there. Boat traffic from fishermen is fairly heavy too so always fly your dive flag. The average viz is probably about 6ft because it's a shallow dive, about 35ft.
