About three years ago, I had a business trip to Mexico City. I had two laptops with me, one personal and one business.

I was stopped and questioned for about an hour on why I needed two laptops. They took both of them and dumped all my luggage out and went through it, piece by piece.

I was them told that I have to see some person to get my laptops, which would cost me about $500 US, or just pay the "police offical" $100 US to forget about it.

Well, I needed my laptops and I had to pay the $100 US to get them back.

What was I going to do???
