Yes, about 22 years ago. I was coming into Cabo on a fishing trip with an ice chest full of frozen 5 lb. boxes of squid. Each one was wrapped to keep it from leaking squid juice. The guy insisted on tearing apart packages until I gave him $20.

There is a Costco in Cabo very near the Home Depot. Perhaps you can pick up some more film there.
