Convert one of the rigs to a really cool Divers Bed & breakfast.
It could become a huge worldwide attraction and dive destination.
Millions could be made while adding lots of eco friendly aquarium displays.
Teach the public that a lot of good can be done by just re thinking the whole thing.

Underwater cameras so that family members can see their friends mug at depth.
Add a small casino, bungee jumping, skeet shooting.
Underwater cafe....

We could do a lot of enviromental good with what was a sows ear
