Thanks for the info. I agree, it would be an absolutely awe-inspiring place to live. However, although it would probably be prohibitively expensive for a single owner, maybe that would set the precedent for offshore housing. Who knows? Stranger plans have been made for housing. This would have the added benefit of attracting sea life to underwater structures. Maybe a single "condo" project like this would spawn a new type of resort industry. It would be nice to be able to pull your sailboat up to an offshore hotel for a vacation.
