I have been traveling to Cabo for many many years although not in the last several. I was a Captain on a private yacht for about ten years and spent my winters in Cabo. The problem you are having is not new. I am suprised you were not meet by a rep from the boat you are going on. Thay might have helped with your problem. Have you talked to them. By the way don't give the Mexicans any ideas about digital or THEY will TRY TO TAX MEDIA.
