We were on Bonaire again in January. We went to Patagonia, where Pablo, Paublito, and Inez have opened a new restaurant at the harborside. They used to run Casablanca. Food was excellent. Didn't go to Casablanca, but all the reports have been good, food hasn't changed. Haven't heard any reports of the new all you can eat night however...you might want to post on www.bonairetalk.com under dining and ask your question.
