The second photo is a uncommon fish our publisher captured HD video footage of in the Philippines and will at some point be posting video clips in our forum, as that is one of the features in our forum, but it is a fish in the generic Fairy Basslet family, a name given tof ish in the Sea basses Serranidea family. The fish is a Pseudanthias pleurotaenia, but it is a male, as the female does not have such vibrant colorations or the square mark. I can't ID the shrimp for you as I cannot see the body, but hope that helps on the fish!
