sept is a great time to go, you will have fun... tulamben is fantastic, as is padang bai and nusa penida... I haven't use aquamarine, but I hear from many people that they are great...making reservations in advance, or when you get there should be fine..maybe in advance if you want to dive as soon as you land, that's usually what I like to do :)
