So, if one were to set up one's own "local" tank. How difficult is it with the restrictions in place? Can you gather critters at the tide pools and while diving provided they're not on a do not take, or restricted list, or in a protected area {provided you have a sport fishing license}? My kids have been dying to have a salt water tank, and populating it with the local species seems ideal.
