Anyone interested in doing the Monterey Beach Shootout Memorial Day Weekend?

Hi all,

I'm thinking about doing the NCUPS Monterey Beach Shootout on May 26th. I've never done this before, and in fact have only been diving in the area once - at Point Lobos (which is off limits for the competition because of limited access). So I'd love to buddy up with someone who's been diving in the area. The best news is that I'll be shooting film, so I'm not likely to be in competition with my dive buddy.


If anyone is interested, here's a link to the rules. We can do multiple dives during the day..........
