We have a photo of a diver who seems to be having a dilema with figuring out his hose routing including his backup reg.

While he seems to have figured out a way that might be better than using a bungee to secure the backup reg, and I don't think he'll ever lose his primary, it all looks too complicated...what do you tech guys think, especially ones with DIR and/or GUE backgrounds?:
