My experience on boats that advertise that they pump to 3500 is that most generally fill somewhere near 3000 regardless of whether it is a 3500 HP, a 3000 tank or a 2400 LP tank. On a limited load run they might individualize the fills, but typically you've got one crew member running around trying to fill a bunch of tanks in a hurry and he/she fills to one number.
