They were doing some sort of exercize and kept any boats from moving around...I did swim that wreck up at the west end on saturday, but the vis was really poor... If Ross makes the trip this summer, you HAVE to go! I will do my best to go there the same weekend. I think it would be really fun to meet up with you guys.
